Fields of interest: Molecular biology, Biological agents, Biosafety and biosecurity

I would like to collaborate with BAVBD in areas where my expertise in forensic biology, biosecurity, and molecular sciences can support vector-borne disease research and preparedness. This includes:

  • Forensic applications, such as analyzing biological traces related to vectors and applying forensic methods in ecological or outbreak investigations.

  • Biosecurity and biosurveillance, including risk assessment, development of safety frameworks, and training on responsible biological practices.

  • Research and capacity building, through joint projects, publications, and educational activities.

  • Support for tool evaluation, offering expert input for assessing and validating forensic tools relevant to vector-borne disease monitoring.
