From Sofia Airport

Recommended option: metro. From Terminal 2, follow the blue floor markings/signs to Sofia Airport Metro Station. Take the metro toward the city and get off at Joliot-Curie / Жолио Кюри. From there, walk to Park Hotel Moskva, 25 Nezabravka Str. The airport confirms that the metro station is next to Terminal 2 and that trains operate from about 05:30 to midnight. If arriving at Terminal 1, use the free airport shuttle to Terminal 2 first.

Taxi from the airport. Use only the official airport taxi service Yellow! from the Yellow! office in the arrivals area or the official taxi rank. Do not accept taxi offers from people approaching you inside or in front of the terminal. Ask for the meter to be used and request a receipt. The airport lists Yellow! as the contractual taxi partner and gives the phone number +359 2 9 11 19.

From Sofia Central Railway Station / Central Bus Station

Take the metro from Central Railway Station to Serdika, then change to the metro line toward Sofia Airport / Business Park and get off at Joliot-Curie / Жолио Кюри. From Joliot-Curie station, the hotel is a short walk away. The airport transport page notes that the metro connects the airport, city centre, and Central Bus/Railway stations via Serdika.

Tram options: There is no tram stop directly in front of the hotel. The nearest practical tram stops are around ul. Nikolay Kopernik and ul. Aleksandar Zhendov, approximately 10–15 minutes on foot, with tram lines such as 20, 21, and 22. For most visitors, the metro is the easiest option.

Tickets and payment

For Sofia public transport, the simplest option for international visitors is to use a contactless bank card or mobile wallet at the metro barriers and on buses/trams. Validate the same card or phone each time you board. Ticket machines and ticket offices are also available in metro stations.

Parking information

Park Hotel Moskva offers paid parking on site. Parking spaces may be limited, so participants arriving by car should contact the hotel or meeting organiser in advance if they need a guaranteed space.

Street parking in Sofia is regulated in paid Blue Zone and Green Zone areas in the centre and adjacent districts. Drivers should always check local parking signs and use the official payment options or parking apps where required.
